 At  A|M, we are 100% committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and site visitors. The A|M team members are customers themselves, so we appreciate and respect how important privacy is.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

This Privacy policy only concerns Anissa Mpungwe Atelier customers and users of our online services.

4. Who has access to the data?

We never pass on, sell or swap your data to third parties for marketing purposes outside Anissa Mpungwe Atelier. Data that is forwarded to third parties, for example shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, is only used to meet Anissa Mpungwe Atelier  commitments to you. Anissa Mpungwe Atelier may also supply your personal details to organisations such as credit reference or debt collection agencies for the purpose of credit rating checks, identity checks and debt collection.

5. EFT purchases

All EFT payments are processed by send your proof of payment to hello@anissampungwe.com with the relevant reference number in the order for Anissa Mpungwe Atelier to process and dispatch the customer’s order. The type of payment with determine the time in which the order is dispatched.

6. Cookies
