Return Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different colour or size (as long as it is the same price or lower).

We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and for hygienic reasons all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our Pop-Ups.

Please note that items bought online or at a Pop-Up that is on Sale or discounted price cannot be returned or refunded.

How to return or exchange within 7 days

  1. Pack your garment in its original packaging.
  2. Fill in the returns note with your reason for returning the item and if you would like to exchange, details of the new size or colour.
  3. Courier returns to our address on the contact page and remember to get a receipt as proof of postage.

We will let you know when we receive and approve your return.
Then we’ll issue a credit note or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange.

Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us.

Please try items on with care

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means:

  • clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
  • unworn
  • unwashed

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to reach us. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.

Card Payments

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.

PayFast

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your account and the refund will show on your bank statement after 3 working days.

We will refund your purchase in South African Rands.

PayPal

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 7 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.
